Sometimes a favorite toy is
also the simplest toy.
Ironman Cody is pictured
with his all time favorite toy, a
small tire.  Great for tug and
fetch alike and very durable.
Cody has had this one for
four years and it shows no
sign of wear!

Tires like these can be
purchased from many of the
large commercial pet stores
and on several of the
websites listed on this page.

The following toys are Dream Dog
favorites!
Kongs
These are a "must have" for
your dog's toy box.  They are
tough, bounce enticingly, and
can be stuffed with good
things to keep your dog busy.
Get the large or extra large
size for a 30-45 pound Cattle
Dog!
THESE ARE A "NO!"
Stuffed Animals with Squeakers
These are fine for little puppies (as
long as they have no buttons, etc),
but adult Cattle Dogs tend to rip
them up rather quickly.
Chuck It!
Ball
Launcher
Zanies
Hard
Rubber
Star
Explosions
Chew Toys with Tassels
The tassels just end up
in your dog's tummy,
where they will do no
good.  If you have these,
cut the tassels off before
your dog does.
Tough By
Nature Hol-ee
Rollers
Great for indoor
play!
Soft Bite Floppy DIsc
These fabric discs fly
well and do not
damage your dog's
mouth when they are
caught.

www.jefferspet.com
Rumble Ring
Great for
fetch and
tug, and it
floats!
Real Tennis
Balls
A Dream
Dog all time
favorite!
"Tennis" Balls Made
for Dogs
 They just
don't seem to last as
long as the real thing.
Besides, why buy a
tennis ball?  Just get
to know a tennis
player and get them
for free!
Cooked Bones of All Types
Avoid cooked bones, even if they
say "non splinter".  Cooking
hardens a bone, reducing its
digestibility and increasing the
risk of broken teeth.
Spray Stuffing for Kongs
Look at the ingredients
and the price!  You and
your dog will be better off
if you stuff the kong with
quality kibble or small
healthy treats and seal it
with cream cheese or
peanut butter.
