Dream Dogs Available
Cattledog Dreams
Dedicated to the Care, Training and Placement of Australian Cattle Dogs
Australian Cattle Dogs are truly a dream dog for active families that want to
interact with their canine buddies.  These dogs are loyal companions and
want nothing more than to be with you.  Though their personalities and
energy levels can range widely, they tend to be quiet, medium energy dogs
with high endurance levels that make them perfect running and hiking
companions.

Star's Megan

Megan is 5 months old and full
of love, cuddles and fun!  Her
mom is clearly an Australian
Cattle Dog (see photo below),
but Megan looks like she also
has a little Greyhound in her.  A
nice combination that gives her
a more lanky build than most
ACDs, a very easy-going attitude
and an impossibly long tail!

Megan is a gentle soul that
loves to romp with other dogs
and play fetch with her human
companions.  She plays nicely
with everyone, and will make a
great family dog.  She is likely to
be about 40-45 pounds when
full grown.

Estimated Birthday

Axl Rose

Axl is a handsome
3 year old 40 pound
male ACD mix that
is looking for an
active family.  Axl
loves to play in the
hose, fetch balls,
and romp around
the yard.  He also
walks politely on
leash, knows how
to "sit" on
command, is good
with other dogs,
and should be
good with kids as
he is not mouthy
nor does he jump
up.  A really fun boy!

Balto

Balto is an Australian Cattle Dog mix that is expected to grow to be
between 35 and 40 pounds.  Balto is a happy, friendly, waggy boy
that just can't get enough of people and other dogs.  He is learning
to fetch and is doing very well on his house training.
A real sweetie!

Foxy Roxy

Foxy Roxy is a big Huggie Bear
disguised as a 3 year old Australian
Shepherd/Cattle Dog mix.  She is
medium to low energy, house trained,
walks nicely on lead, loves people of all
ages, adores her stuffed animals
(which she never destroys), fetches
balls without being obsessed by it,
rides nicely in the car, and loves to go
on hikes and walks.  She is also
trustable in the house while you are
away at work.  Roxy does have one
flaw, she does not like
to be around
off-leash dogs, and so is not a
candidate for a dog park or off-leash
walking area.  However, she is fine with
dogs who are leashed and will happy
to let them pass her by without any
notice, as she would much rather pay
attention to her human companions
who are, paws-down, her favorite thing
in the whole world.  A real sweetie!
Fetches
and is Good
with kids!
Barkley

Barkley is an easy-going 4 month
old
Australian Cattle Dog and
German Shepherd mix
that loves
other dogs as well as people
. He
should
also get along fine with
cats
as he is not a big chaser.
We
expect him to grow to be
about 45 to 50 pounds
and make
a great family pet
.
